Chez Polythe is a holiday cottage converted from the former barn of the owner's grandparents, Joséphine and Hippolyte.

Restored using local materials, the house offers a spacious and welcoming living area. One of the two bay windows provides an unobstructed view of Mont Mézenc and Mont Gerbier de Jonc.

Nearby: an inn in the village, leisure facilities in Lavalette (28 km) and Devesset (30 km), a greenway 6 km away, Dunières (railbike and tourist train) 14 km away. Small shops in Riotord (6 km), all shops and services in Montfaucon-en-Velay (18 km). Gourmet restaurants in St-Bonnet-le-Froid (15 km). On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen at the entrance, opening onto a beautiful 40m² living room with a lounge and dining area (TV, wood-burning stove). Available: 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 double bed), shower room, toilet.

Taking this grand staircase, you arrive at a walkway leading to an attic bedroom (3 single beds) and another attic bedroom (1 double bed), a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet.
