This fisherman-style house from the 1920s, completely renovated in 2021, has a popular location due to its proximity to beaches and shops.
Arranged on 2 levels, with an area of 75 m2 on the ground and 65m2 on the square, it benefits from a terrace, a sunny garden with a furnished veranda.
This holiday home, with its careful and warm decoration, can accommodate 4/5 people. The kitchen is fitted and equipped and offers access, via a step, to the living room, facing South (sofa with extra bed). There is an adjoining laundry room, a bathroom with window and large shower tray, a separate toilet. The ground floor bedroom, accessed through the kitchen, opens onto the veranda. The living room staircase leads to a very cozy mezzanine area and a child's bedroom (2 beds of 90 on the floor). The garden, elevated from the street, is decorated with 2 terrace areas. The accommodation is also equipped with WIFI.
