The extensive use of wood throughout (beams, countertops, door frames), along with all the furniture restored by the owner, adds charm and warmth to this cottage.
The 30 m² terrace offers a lovely view of the orchards and surrounding countryside.
Easy access (highway 2 minutes away), all amenities 5 minutes away in Blâmont (supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, doctor, restaurant). The cottage is self-contained and accessible directly from the parking area.
