In a former monastery. The Champagne-Bourgogne Canal is nearby, ideal for cycling. This independent cottage is attached to the owner's house and another cottage (H21G028092). Ground floor: Small fitted kitchen. Living/dining room. Separate WC.
Access to the first floor via a spiral staircase. Upstairs: Lounge area. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), the other with two single beds (90cm). One bed for a child under 3 years old. Bathroom, WC.
Shared enclosed courtyard (1600 m²). Terrace. Heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m) shared with the owners and the other cottage, with secure access, open from May to September. Pets are not allowed.
Baby equipment: wooden cot, high chair, changing mat, and stair gate.
Bed linen, cleaning, and firewood are included in the rates.
Utilities and supplements: Towels: €5 per person per stay. Electric heating is charged according to consumption (8 kWh included per day).
