In the land of slate, stay in this charming miner's cottage, fully restored with spacious rooms. It features two enclosed gardens on either side, with a terrace and a children's climbing frame.
On the ground floor, you have a fitted kitchen, a living room and a dining room, as well as a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two with a 140*190 cm bed, and a third 22m² bedroom with a 140*190 cm bed, a 90*190 cm bed, and a 120*180 cm corner bed. A shower room and a separate toilet are also available. A children's area is also available. The cottage is fully equipped for babies. Beds made up are included.
For your outings, the Rincerie leisure center, 13 km away, offers a beautiful lake with swimming, canoeing, a wake park, swin golf, fishing, and hiking.
In Renazé, 3.5 km from the cottage, you'll find all the shops, hiking trails, and a greenway for cycling and hiking. Don't miss the slate museum.
River fishing on the Chéran and Oudon rivers, and a nearby pond.
In Craon, 12 km away, you'll find an aquatic complex with a swimming pool, outdoor waterslide, spa, and sauna; a racecourse, horseback riding, and a 19th-century château with its park.
