Lionel and Myriam are young professionals who have transformed their old house into a comfortable gîte to allow you to discover the Dordogne. They will be delighted to offer you their advice on the visits to prioritize and the most remarkable ones not to be missed, without forgetting their good gastronomic plan. Lionel is a farmer in our Périgord.
Description of the accommodation
Independent house of 200m2 on an unfenced plot of 5000m2. On the ground floor, you will enter through the kitchen open to the dining room and living room (TV, internet, fireplace). You will enjoy a bedroom with 1 140x190 bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC with a hand basin. Upstairs, you will have a mezzanine (games, convertible sofa) and through the corridor, you will access the 3 bedrooms with 3 140x190 beds in each, separate WC and bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower. Private heated swimming pool, size 4mx8m, chlorine, secured by a bar cover, depth 1.40m, open from May to the end of September. Young and old will enjoy the trampoline, games and an outdoor bar with barbecue and plancha. Private parking for 4 cars. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, playpen.
Sheets, bathroom linen, household linen, heating and electricity included. Cleaning at end of stay €180. If you want peace and quiet with family or friends, this cottage is for you, all we can see is nature around us. It is good to live there in a warm atmosphere which is felt as soon as you enter this house. You will discover the nature side of the Pays de Bergerac with hiking, fishing..., the gourmet side: gastronomy, visits to the vineyards and the stone side: the castles, the villages, Bergerac (City of Art and History) , Cadouin and its abbey, the bastides which offer you an incredible journey to the heart of the Middle Ages with each visit. You will appreciate the owners' irrigation lake, 1 km away, with fishing possibilities.
