In the heart of a pretty little village surrounded by nature, this renovated house is spread over two levels. Ground floor: bright kitchen-dining room, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, with direct access to the bathroom and toilet. Upstairs: living room with television, three-seater sofa (two of which are recliners), and a double bed. Private 140 m² courtyard. A quiet 30 m² unfenced garden with views of the surrounding countryside. Private parking. Shared with the owners, but with separate access and courtyard. Watercolor painting and wild basketry lessons are available from the owners.
Kitchen linen, bed-making, end-of-stay cleaning, and oil-fired heating are included in the rates.

A closed barn is available for storing your bicycles.
Close to the iconic tourist attractions of the Auxois region: Lac de Pont, equipped beach, supervised swimming in summer, canoeing, and hiking around the lake.
