The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a detached house.

It includes:

- a living room with a sofa bed, table, chairs, and TV,
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, induction cooktop, Magimix coffee maker),
- a bedroom with a double bed and TV,
- a bedroom with a 120cm bed and a 90cm bed above,
- a bathroom,
- a separate toilet.

South-facing apartment. Parking is available around the house (limited and non-private spaces) or in nearby spaces (paid or with discs). No outdoor parking.

Bike storage is available.

Utility charges are €50 extra, except from May 23 to September 26, 2026.
Optional: €110 end-of-stay cleaning. Linen rental, baby equipment, and Wi-Fi mini-box are available.
