The fully air-conditioned "quarr'ement bois" chalet located 2.5km from the village center, welcomes you warmly. Located on a private wooded and enclosed plot of 1200m2, with a remarkable view of the Morvan countryside. You have found your haven of peace, the ideal place to take a "break" and get back to nature. As soon as you walk through the front door, you will be immersed in the unique atmosphere of a real chalet built according to the rules of the art. The atmosphere is resolutely "cozy" and in harmony with its direct environment, namely nature and wide open spaces. The sober and harmonious decoration makes you quickly feel at home, in a cozy little cocoon. Thanks to its sheltered outdoor terrace, equipped with solid Morvan wood garden furniture, you can enjoy long summer evenings around a cozy fire pit, and in winter, relax around the wood-burning tiled stove, ideally located in the veranda with a good book and/or a good glass of Burgundy wine, of course.

Large 25m² living room with an open-plan kitchen opening onto a living room with lounge. A veranda overlooking the Morvan mountains and the surrounding countryside with a wood-burning stove and sofa. A first bedroom for 2 people (140 x 190 cm bed) with TV and garden view. Shower room and separate toilet. A mezzanine can be used as a games room or reading room equipped with a library. On the same level, a bedroom with 2 beds (one 140 x 190 cm and the other 90 x 190 cm). Reversible air conditioning, heat pump.

This chalet is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Not suitable for business trips.

Charges and options: Water and firewood included. Electricity is extra (meter readings on arrival and departure). Prices are based on the kWh rate in effect on the day of rental, 8 kWh included/day.
