Ground floor: Living room with dining area, wood-burning stove, 80cm TV, and Wi-Fi (fiber optic).
Kitchen equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker and pods, dishwasher, and washing machine.
Separate WC.

Upstairs: Bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and a 90x190cm single bed.
Two bedrooms, each with two 90x190cm single beds that can be joined to make a 180x190cm double bed.
Bathroom with a 160cm bathtub and an 80x80cm shower cubicle.
Office area. Baby equipment: bathtub, safety gate, cot, changing mat, high chair, and baby tableware.

Shared building with foosball and ping-pong table.
