The Marie Diane residence is a collection of furnished apartments located in Propriano, South Corsica. Its numerous amenities, such as a swimming pool and children's playground, make it an ideal place for a family vacation or a romantic getaway.

Laurier des Montagnes is a one-bedroom apartment with a mezzanine. It accommodates 2 to 4 people, with the possibility of a 5th person (at an additional cost).

This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the first floor of a building with four apartments. Its spacious and sunny terrace is furnished with a table, garden chairs, two multi-position armchairs, and a Weber barbecue. It offers a pleasant view of the residence's greenery and a partial sea view.

The entrance hall leads to a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed and ample storage, a living room with a sofa bed that converts into a comfortable 160x200 cm double bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a separate toilet. From the living room, stairs lead to a small mezzanine with a single bed.

The swimming pool is open from mid-May.

You will appreciate its peaceful location, yet it's only 600 meters from the town center, 1 km from beaches and water sports facilities, 1 km from two supermarkets, and 250 meters from a sports complex and municipal tennis courts.
