The Marie Diane residence is a collection of furnished apartments located in Propriano, in Southern Corsica. Its numerous amenities, such as a swimming pool and children's playground, make it an ideal place for a family vacation or a romantic getaway.

This duplex, offering a sea view across the fields, is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor, you will find a furnished terrace with a small garden, a renovated bathroom, and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

Upstairs, there is an air-conditioned bedroom (without a door) with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm). The bedroom has ample storage space.

The fourth sleeping space is located on the ground floor, on a daybed that converts into a single bed (80 x 190 cm).

You'll appreciate its peaceful location, yet it's only 600 meters from the town center, 1 km from beaches and water sports facilities, 1 km from two supermarkets, and 250 meters from a sports complex and municipal tennis courts.

For your comfort:
A shared washing machine is available free of charge. Linens are provided. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi, and ample parking is available.
The swimming pool is open from mid-May.

Pets are welcome; a supplement of €50 (per pet) will be payable upon arrival.
Upon arrival, you will be required to pay a security deposit of €200 and, depending on the booking platform, the tourist tax.
