For your comfort, linens (sheets and towels) are provided. The apartment also features high-speed internet, air conditioning, and a private parking space within the residence. You will also have access to the shared swimming pool, generally open from June 15th to September 15th.

To ensure the quality of your stay, end-of-stay cleaning is included. You will simply be asked to put back any furniture that may have been moved, empty the trash, and wash and put away the dishes. Failure to do so may result in a €100 deduction from your security deposit.

For peace and quiet and out of respect for the neighborhood, pets and parties are not allowed.
