Situated in the hills above Propriano, just a few minutes' drive from the beaches and shops, this modern, tastefully decorated apartment offers the ideal setting for a comfortable stay.

The apartment features a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto a living area with sofa bed and dining area, a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a modern and functional shower room, and a terrace with plancha, small summer kitchen and sea view.

Linen is provided, including sheets and towels
The accommodation has a free parking space, air conditioning, fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection and a TV equipped with Netflix and full channels.

Cleaning is carried out after your departure to ensure your comfort, but we would be grateful if you could put back any furniture that may have been moved, empty the garbage cans and wash and put away the dishes. If you fail to do so, €100 may be deducted from your deposit
Parties and events are not permitted in the accommodation.

A deposit of 500 € will be required on arrival, as well as payment of the tourist tax according to the conditions of the booking platform used.
