Ideally located, this comfortable apartment is composed as follows:
A large living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area,
A sleeping area with a double bed and access to the terrace, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
The sofa bed can accommodate two additional guests; however, there is an additional bed available.
A pleasant terrace with outdoor seating offering views of the city and the sea.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has free internet access.
Linens are provided (sheets and towels).
The apartment has a street-side parking space.

For your convenience, we will clean after your departure. However, we ask that you store any furniture that may have been moved, empty the trash, and wash and put away the dishes. Failure to do so may result in a €100 deduction from your security deposit.

Pets and parties are not allowed in this accommodation.

Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a €700 security deposit and pay the tourist tax, depending on the booking platform.
