Gite Prissac, 2 bedrooms, 7 persons - FR-1-591-159

In the Brenne region, near ponds and bird observatories, as well as the Creuse Valley, in an exceptional setting with a river and a shared swimming pool (11 x 6.5 meters) open from April to mid-October, this former walnut mill features a terrace, a private garden, and a small island. The house has a large living room on the ground floor with a lounge area equipped with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a wood-burning stove, a dining area, and an open-plan fitted kitchen – shower room/WC.

Upstairs: a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a second bedroom with three single beds – WC with washbasin.

Electric heating (billed according to consumption).

Bed linen and towels are provided. The Sonne River (first category) and the Brenne cycling route pass in front of the property.
