The owner welcomes you to this farmhouse, a typical Gâtinais building, a renovated old farmhouse with its outbuildings. The setting is quiet and relaxing.

Room 3, located on the first floor of the house, has a private entrance via an exterior staircase. The main room has a 160x200 cm double bed (and an 80x200 cm extra bed) and a fully open bathroom (bathtub, small shower, sink). A TV and desk area with free Wi-Fi are also available. There is a separate toilet. In a second room, you will find a 90x200 cm single bed.

This independent room is in a guesthouse where you will find a total of three carefully decorated guest rooms (rented individually) on the property. Room 1 sleeps 2 and Room 2 sleeps 3 with independent access from the garden.

Breakfast is served with homemade jams and orchard fruits. The rooms are equipped with a courtesy tray and a television, and internet access is free.
