In a quiet hamlet in the Morvan Regional Natural Park, this cottage has been entirely converted from a former farm building. The owners live across the street. A small garden with a terrace and awning, garden furniture, and a gas barbecue/griddle, plus parking for 2 cars, are available. The cottage is cozy and sleeps 4: a fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, including the dining area and lounge area with a smart TV, Blu-ray DVD player, stereo system, and internet access. There are two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm bed, offering beautiful views of the Morvan. One bedroom is equipped with a desk for remote working. A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet are also available. The cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning.

All-inclusive package: bed linen (beds made upon arrival), kitchen and bathroom linen, heating and electricity (subject to reasonable consumption), and end-of-stay cleaning (subject to leaving the bed in good condition).

Numerous hiking trails are available in the area, 7 km from Moulins-Engilbert where you'll find all the shops. The Morvan offers a multitude of outdoor activities: hiking, cycling, horseback riding, quad biking, motorcycling, etc. Lakes are 45 minutes from the cottage for swimming, water sports, fishing, and whitewater sports. 15 km away, you'll have access to the Nivernais Canal. The region also offers historical sites such as the Bibracte archaeological site (20 km from the cottage), Autun Cathedral, and the Saint-Honoré-les-Bains thermal baths (7 km).
