Located opposite Château de Premeaux, the owners' wine estate, and close to the Route des Grands Crus, the Mise au Verre gîte is a former stable that has been completely renovated. The ground floor offers three beautiful bedrooms, each with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), and the third bedroom has two twin beds (100 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed for two extra beds. Upstairs, there is a spacious open-plan living room with a magnificent cathedral ceiling: a fitted kitchen, dining room, living room, and a 5-seater jacuzzi, with an additional shower room. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private shower room.
The living room leads to a large terrace with a view of the château. Parking is available in the gîte's unfenced courtyard. The owners offer a friendly welcome for tastings in their cellar. All of the estate's vintages are available at cellar prices. Catering service is available upon request. Motorway exit 3 km away. Maximum 2 pets allowed (€75 deposit per pet).

Heating by heat pump, reversible air conditioning, and electricity are included in the price. Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are also included.

Ideally located between Beaune and Nuits-Saint-Georges for exploring Burgundy and its wine-growing region with family or friends! Nearby: water ski lift, numerous hikes through the vineyards, and the Premeaux-Prissey to Santenay cycle route. Beaune is home to the famous Hospices de Beaune, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Activities and events on the Côte d'Azur are held year-round. Discover the different climates of the Burgundy vineyards, also listed as World Heritage sites, by exploring villages with evocative names: Vosne-Romanée, Chambolle-Musigny, Aloxe-Corton, etc. 30 minutes from Dijon, the capital of Burgundy.
