Ground floor: spacious living room with a raised, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and dining area. A space ideal for relaxation and well-being with a 5-seater spa. Shower room with toilet.

Upstairs, three bedrooms: one with two 100 cm beds + one 90 cm bed, one with a 160 cm bed, and the last with two 90 cm beds.

Free public parking near the cottage.
Wine tours/tastings are available at the owners' estate, which is a local winegrower.
