Just 8 km from exit 22 of the A6 motorway, in the peaceful village of Précy-sous-Thil, Mathilde and Alexis welcome you for a friendly stay in the heart of Burgundy. This gîte, which can accommodate 11 people, is perfect for a holiday with friends or family. Please note that the house is located alongside a road. The gîte comprises:
On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen semi-open to a dining room with a wood-burning stove (a basket of wood is provided upon arrival, and then available upon request and payable on site). There are two bedrooms (street-facing), each with a double bed (140 cm). A shower room with a toilet, a separate toilet, and a washing machine.

Upstairs:
Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), and one bedroom with a single bed (120 cm). Two of these bedrooms face the street. All are equipped with fans for added comfort in summer. A relaxation area with a lounge area featuring a flat-screen TV, DVD player, foosball table, and a variety of board games.

Enjoy a large private outdoor space overlooking the countryside, with a large picnic table under a pergola for al fresco dining, a charcoal barbecue, and a pétanque court (boules provided).

Bicycles and motorcycles can be stored in the enclosed courtyard. Private parking is available in the gîte's parking area.
Pets are welcome (maximum 2): €20 per pet per stay.

The gîte is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted on-site (charging stations are available in Semur and Saulieu). Bed linen, towels, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.
Optional: Towels: €5 per person per stay. Baby equipment available upon request.

Check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out is available upon request for an additional fee of €50 to €100, depending on the departure time.
