On the edge of Touraine, this town house offers you a large enclosed plot of land (1400 m²) in the heart of a Berrichon village with restaurant, grocery store, post office, town hall and its castle, crossed by the Indrois. Communal pond with pétanque and fishing grounds. A few minutes away, you can discover the Châteaux de la Loire, the Beauval Zoo, the Haute Touche nature reserve, the Voie Verte de l'Indre à Vélo, the Brenne Natural Park or even two bodies of water for swimming.
In Saint-Genou, supervised swimming, fitness trail, fishing, games for children. On the ground floor: equipped kitchen and dining room with fireplace - living room (TV, radio) - large bathroom and toilet. Games room with ping-pong table, darts, mini table billiards, and table football.
