Located on the second floor of the residence, this 64m² Carrez law mountain holiday rental, with approximately 100m² of floor space, comprises a pleasant living/dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms each with a double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub, all tastefully decorated. The apartment also has a separate toilet and an adjoining room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

This prestigious apartment is located not far from the new lake (250 m), the ski slopes (approximately 1 km or ski bus stop 50 m away), and the village centre (550 m). The hot air balloon launch site is only 70 m from the residence.

You will have access to an underground parking space (no. 20) and a private ski locker. This accommodation has a large south-facing balcony with views of the surrounding mountains and ski slopes.

End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen are not included.
