Located on the 3rd floor (the level where the main entrance to the residence is located), this holiday rental has a surface area of approximately 35 m² and comprises a living/dining room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom overlooking the ski slopes with a double bed and a mezzanine accessible by ladder, for which the tenant is responsible, a cabin with a bunk bed sleeping two, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.

The residence is located halfway between the village of Praz Sur Arly (approximately 300 metres on foot) and the ski slopes (approximately 600 metres). The new swimming lake, open in summer, is only 450 metres from this holiday rental.
The rental benefits from an underground parking space and a private ski locker.

End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
