Located on the second floor, this holiday apartment measures approximately 31m² and comprises a living/dining room with a pull-out sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen, a separate sleeping area with a double sofa bed, an alcove with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

Not far from the residence is a shuttle bus stop. The shuttle buses are free in winter and will take you to the foot of the slopes and the centre of the village of Praz-Sur-Arly.
The flat is located about 700 metres from the village, 1.4 km from the ski slopes and 1.6 km from the swimming lake, which is open in summer. You will have access to a ski locker and a shared outdoor car park at the residence.
