There is also a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

The village centre is only 500 metres from the residence, while the slopes are 1 km away (shuttle bus stop about 70 metres away). The new swimming lake, open in summer only, is just over a kilometre away.
