Located on the second floor, this holiday apartment with a surface area of approximately 33m² comprises a living/dining room equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed for 2 people, a sleeping area with a double bunk bed for 2 people, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.

You will have access to a ski locker and shared outdoor parking at the residence.

Not far from the residence is a shuttle bus stop. The shuttle buses are free in winter and will take you to the foot of the slopes and the centre of the village of Praz-Sur-Arly.
The apartment is located about 700 metres from the village, 1.4 km from the ski slopes and 1.6 km from the swimming lake, which is open in summer.

End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
