This holiday apartment, located on the first floor of the residence (entrance on the same landing), comprises a living room with a pull-out sofa bed for two single guests, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.

Not far from the residence is a shuttle bus stop. The shuttle buses are free in winter and will take you to the foot of the slopes and the centre of the village of Praz Sur Arly. The residence is only 240 metres from the new swimming lake, which is open in summer.
You will have a designated parking space and a private ski locker. The south-west facing balcony offers views of the surrounding mountains.

This apartment is classified as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation.

End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
