This holiday apartment, located on the first floor of the residence, comprises a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area with two bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.

The residence is located halfway between the village of Praz-sur-Arly (about 300 metres on foot) and the ski slopes (approximately 600 metres). The new swimming lake, open in summer, is only 450 metres from this holiday rental.
You will have access to a locked underground garage, a private ski locker and a private cellar. The south-facing balcony offers views of the surrounding mountains.

End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
