Prades is a town and municipality in the Baix Camp region. The village is also known as the Vila Roja because of the reddish sandstone that characterizes much of its buildings. The Plaza Mayor Fountain, better known as the Prades Fountain, dates from around the 15th and 16th centuries and is in the Renaissance style.
