The ground floor is a storage area for bicycles, strollers, etc. The cottage itself is located on the first floor: a kitchen with stunning views of the vineyards and the Loire, a living room with air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi, a shower room with toilet, and two bedrooms that can be connected: one with a double bed (140x190cm) and the other with a pull-out bed (two single beds, 90x190cm).

You can park motorcycles in the garage, and there is parking in the courtyard shared by the two cottages. A dedicated terrace is available for the cottage during the season.

Business stays: Maximum 3 people, bed linen and cleaning package required.
