You will stay in the former wedding hall of the legendary Hotel L'Espérance, with its views of the vineyards and the Loire River, now transformed into two comfortable, newly renovated, single-story adjoining apartments.

You can enjoy a 20 m² covered terrace and a private courtyard for your vehicle.

You will be just 200 meters from the town center. A comfortable and functional interior awaits you. Enjoy an interior designed for your well-being. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped, perfect for preparing delicious meals. Relax in the comfortable living room with a smart TV for your movie nights.
From the living room, the large bay window invites you to discover the magnificent, secluded covered terrace. It's the ideal place to enjoy al fresco dining thanks to its table and chairs, or simply relax in the garden furniture while admiring the breathtaking views of the vineyards and the Loire River. Our two bedrooms are designed for your comfort: the first has a 160x190 cm bed, while the second offers two 80x190 cm beds that can be combined to form a 160 cm bed upon request. Blackout curtains are provided in both bedrooms. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower (90x120 cm), a 9 kg washing machine, and a toilet. A desk is available for your use if you wish to work remotely.
One parking space includes a charging station with a capacity of up to 11 kWh, usable from 10 pm to 6 am at a rate of €0.30 per kWh. A €30 deposit is required and may be refunded depending on your actual consumption. This ground-floor accommodation is attached to another vacation rental on the owners' property, set back from the street in a quiet location. One pet allowed in the cottage for €10 per stay.
