It's a one bedroom apartment with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room that comfortably accommodates 2 people. The apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 people. It is located on the 3rd floor, without an elevator.

It has a fully equipped bathroom with shower, including a hairdryer.

The kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave with oven included, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
