On the 1st floor and facing the front of the building, it has a street view and plenty of natural light, which extends to the entire apartment.

It is located in the quiet Rua do Bonjardim, just 5 minutes walk from 'Praça do Marquês', where you will find access to transportation such as the metro and buses.

For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
