TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:
In accordance with municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.

Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 or over, as well as those who have proof of travel to the municipality for health reasons or disability equal to or greater than 60%.

- Water and electricity consumption expenses are included within the normal parameters of a conscious usage.
Readings are taken at the entrance and exit to determine the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values, of electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type:
T0: Electricity - 100 kWhs and Water - 4 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.

PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
