Ideally located at the entrance to the seaside resort of Porticcio on the south shore of Ajaccio. Situated less than 5 minutes from Capitello beach and the center of Porticcio, and 2 minutes from essential shops.

The villa comprises: a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining pantry, opening onto the living/dining room with a sofa bed (sleeps 140cm), all leading onto the terrace; two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (140cm); a shower room; and a separate WC.

Please note that the villa does not have internet access.

The villa's highlight: a beautifully landscaped outdoor area with a spacious terrace.
