Beautiful 1-bedroom apartment with a very sunny terrace and full views of the Gâvres lagoon in a small, upscale residence built in 2015, "LES ALIZÉS". "Relaxation and tranquility guaranteed". It offers an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a corner sofa (sleeps 140cm) with sea views and access to a terrace, a bedroom with sea views, access to a terrace, and a large closet (sleeps 160cm), and a shower room with toilet. Parking is free within the residence, and the accommodation includes Wi-Fi, a private garage, and free outdoor parking. A cot and high chair are available upon request.

All amenities are within walking distance. The accommodation is a 20-minute drive from Lorient and 5 minutes by water taxi.

*Cleaning: We require that the bins, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
