PORT-LOUIS - REF 114 Virtual tour available on the agency website or upon request - Sleeps 2 - 30 meters from the nearest coves and 300 meters from the town center, this beautifully renovated, functional ground-floor studio (3 steps to access the house divided into 4 apartments) offers a living area with a fitted and equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave). The living room faces northwest with access to a shared garden and includes a double sofa bed (140cm). The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower. A shared washing machine (for a fee) and garden access are available. The building has Wi-Fi. All amenities are within walking distance.

*Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles should be deposited in the designated containers in town. If you opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.

**Optional hotel services: 90cm bed linen set = €15, 140cm bed linen set = €18, 160cm bed linen set = €22, bath towel = €5, bed made upon arrival €5 per bed, set of 2 tea towels €4, travel cot €15, Wi-Fi box (when not equipped) €39/week.
