Les Fermes Marines Residence. Sleeps 4. Beautiful semi-detached villa with a studio/cabin/mezzanine, 28m², air-conditioned, located on the edge of the saltwater lake in a quiet residence.
A lovely living area (with a sofa bed) opens onto a fully equipped kitchenette. There is a children's cabin sleeping area (bunk beds), a mezzanine sleeping area (double bed), and a shower room with toilet. Secure parking.

Amenities: Air conditioning, TV, washing machine, large fridge-freezer, microwave, garden furniture, awning.
Pets are NOT allowed, linens are not provided, cleaning is optional and available at an extra cost, and a €550 security deposit is required via credit card imprint. The bunk beds are only suitable for children under 16 years old.
