Located in a quiet and discreet street of Port Grimaud 1, this charming house, just a few steps from the center, offers a peaceful setting to fully enjoy your seaside holiday. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a spacious front terrace, perfect for relaxing from the very first moments.
As you enter the house, you will discover a bright living room, ideal for spending quality time with family or friends. The semi-open kitchen, both functional and pleasant, allows you to prepare meals while staying connected to the living area.
First Floor
Two bedrooms await you:
A first bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a lovely view of the canal.
A second bedroom, perfect for families, featuring a double bed (140 cm), a bunk bed, and a small balcony overlooking the street, with a partial canal view.
This floor also includes a shower room with toilet and a laundry area, very convenient for longer stays.
Second Floor
This level offers additional privacy:
A bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a private balcony with an unobstructed view of the canal.
A bedroom with two bunk beds, ideal for children.
A bathroom with toilet, ensuring optimal comfort.
Exterior
On the canal side, an East-facing terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast or peaceful moments in the morning sun, with a beautiful view of the marina and the Church of Port Grimaud.
A private mooring is located directly in front of the house, perfect for guests wishing to explore the lagoon city by boat.

End-of-stay cleaning is not included — optional cleaning service available.

The signed rental agreement must be returned to the agency; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.
