On the ground floor, you will find a toilet and a beautiful open kitchen opening onto the air-conditioned living room, which leads directly to the spacious private garden, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors.

On the first floor, two bright double bedrooms with 180 cm beds, each air-conditioned, offer a canal view and optimal comfort. Each bedroom has its own modern en-suite shower room, ensuring practicality and privacy.

Please note:
Private mooring: available on request, up to 9 meters, subject to availability.
Secure parking: private parking space accommodating up to 3 cars.
Practical outbuilding: equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
Internet connection available.
Air conditioning in all main rooms.

• End of stay cleaning is not included. Possibility of cleaning in addition.
