Ideally located between the heart of Port Grimaud I and the beach, this beautiful fisherman’s house has recently benefited from a renovation of the ground floor.

On the street side, the entrance opens onto a pleasant, well-kept enclosed front garden.

The house is laid out as follows:

Ground floor: a bright, air-conditioned living room opening onto the south-facing terrace with canal view, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

First floor: two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and a renovated shower room with toilet.

Second floor: two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (140 + 160 cm) and a bathroom with toilet.

On the canal side, the south-facing terrace is secured with a barrier and is perfect for enjoying sunny days in total tranquillity while admiring the beautiful view over the canals.

Linen is delivered as packs corresponding to the number of guests declared at booking. Bed-making service available at an extra charge.

No extra linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.

An additional fee applies for any extra guest.

End-of-stay cleaning is not included — optional cleaning service available.

Pets are not allowed (except with written authorization from the agency).

The signed rental agreement must be returned to the agency; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.

Security deposit via credit card pre-authorization upon arrival.

Opening hours: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Saturday opening only from May to September).

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- End-of-stay cleaning for a 4-bedroom house : 175 €.
