Located in the center of Europe's leading marina, the Escale Port residence has two floors. This vacation studio is located on the ground floor and features an entrance hall with storage, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, mini-oven, and microwave, opening onto a living room with a 140cm fold-out bed.
A covered loggia houses the table and two additional beds (bunk beds).
Outside, there is a small terrace overlooking the secure parking lot.

The pluses of this beachfront rental: Proximity to the sea and the marina entrance, air conditioning, a swimming pool, and shared parking.
Cleaning included.

Swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September, subject to health and weather conditions.
