It is on the 1st floor and consists of a sleeping alcove with two bunk beds; a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed and a television; a fully equipped kitchen area with a dishwasher, electric stovetop, and refrigerator-freezer; and a bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine, and toilet. The living room opens onto a terrace of approximately 10 m², facing the residence's swimming pool and facing south, with a solar awning.
A fireside chair in the living room can be used as an extra bed for a 5th person.
