Traditional renovated terraced house, located on rue de Nantes, in the heart of the seaside resort of Pornic, close to shops, the port and beaches (around 900 m). Another gîte next door (possibility of communicating through the gardens). Private enclosed garden of 300 m² (South facing) with wooden terrace.
Single storey: living room/living room with open fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 1 160x200 bed, 2: 2 90x200 beds), shower room and separate WC.
Additional equipment: air conditioning, dryer, freezer compartment and complete baby equipment.
Included: sheets (beds made), bathroom and household linen.
Not included: electric heating (20€/week), electricity, tourist tax.
Public parking in front of the gîte. Garage for bicycles.
