My name is Margot, and I own this charming Bourgeois property in the city center of PONTORSON. With my husband, we like to share, exchange, and receive. I am here to welcome you, as well as introduce you to the "gîte", Pontorson and its regions (Normandy/Brittany). When we bought the house in March 2021, we immediately completely redid the "gîte", we put our hearts and souls into it, so that you feel at home!

Description of the accommodation

Detached house in the garden of the owners' house (bed and breakfast activity). Living room (connected TV, internet access) with equipped kitchen open to the living room (oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine). Upstairs in the attic, bedroom 1 (2 90x190 beds), bedroom 2 (160x200 bed), shower room with wc. Baby equipment on request. Sheets provided and beds made on arrival, towels provided. Cleaning service at an additional cost. Electric heating in supplement. Wooden terrace with garden furniture. Barbecue. Common closed ground. Portico. On site, covered swimming pool heated from April to October. No private parking, public square across the street. This small dynamic city on the banks of the Couesnon is closely linked to Mont St-Michel located a few kilometers downstream. A stone's throw from the station, Margot offers guest rooms in her bourgeois residence in the town centre. She has fitted out a small gite in the outbuilding located in the garden. Something suitable for small families who will find here a suitable place for an extended vacation time between Normandy and Brittany. The shared covered swimming pool located just at the corner of the terrace will delight children. The cozy bedrooms overlook a mezzanine landing where a play area is also available. All shops nearby. Within the property, Margot has opened an institute and offers treatments exclusively for her guests.
