Intermediate level of 4 steps to access the equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer compartment, filter coffee maker + dolce gusto, TV), separate toilet. From the kitchen, bay window towards the enclosed courtyard of 40m² with garden furniture and barbecue. On the first floor via stairs from the living room: 3 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm double bed and two with two 90 cm single beds (convertible into a 180 cm bed). A bathroom (large shower, sink) and toilet. Internet (fiber). Baby equipment (bed, high chair, booster seat). Accepted animals. Secure room with washing machine and bicycle or trailer storage only. The beds are made for your arrival, bathroom and household linen are provided. Optional end-of-stay cleaning. Parking on the street in front of the house and 3 other public places 50m away.
