The entrance features Burgundy flagstones. The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed (140 cm). There is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

Access from the living room leads to a private, enclosed courtyard of 60 m². Parking and a shared courtyard are available with the owner.

The price is all-inclusive: gas heating, electricity, bed linen, final cleaning, and towels. Baby equipment: a travel cot and high chair are provided.

For weekday departures, a check-out inspection at noon would be appreciated.
