Villa Can Totxa is a charming Majorcan country house set within an Area of Natural Special Interest ([hidden], known for its authentic stone walls and its peaceful, tranquil atmosphere. The villa blends modern comforts with traditional island character, offering an ideal setting to switch off and enjoy a memorable holiday in Mallorca.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by the living-dining room, where rustic style meets contemporary touches. Wooden beams and stone arches create an authentic ambience, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the area. To the left, you will find the rustic-style kitchen, fully equipped and offering every convenience for comfortable cooking—ideal for preparing family meals while enjoying a good glass of wine.

On this same floor, the villa features a bright interior dining terrace, with direct access to the pool area. Here you can enjoy barbecues and relax while taking in views of the surrounding natural landscape. The ground floor also includes a double bedroom and a full bathroom.

On the first floor you will find the remaining three bedrooms: two doubles and one twin room with two single beds, all decorated with the home’s original stonework. Each bedroom enjoys views over the property’s grounds and the nearby mountains. This floor has a full bathroom with access from one of the double bedrooms as well as from the landing, shared by the entire floor. All bedrooms have air conditioning with no time restrictions, available 24 hours for your comfort. The villa also offers free Wi-Fi throughout, so you can stay connected whenever you need to.

Also on the first floor is a games area with a pool table, table football, darts, and a telescope for astronomy enthusiasts. Next to it, there is a second lounge with comfortable vintage sofas—ideal for watching TV or enjoying a quiet read.

Outside, two annex rooms house a small gym and a cyclist-friendly space with tools and bike racks. There is also a full bathroom for showering after a day of sport, plus an additional small bathroom with a shower located outside the house.

Villa Can Totxa is just an 8-minute drive from the centre of Pollença, a town full of charm and history, with highlights such as the church on the main square, the Sunday market, and the views from El Calvario. Puerto de Pollença, around 10 minutes away, offers a wide sandy beach and a beautiful bay—ideal for water sports such as windsurfing or kayaking. Nearby, Cala Sant Vicenç and Formentor await with crystal-clear coves, stunning scenery, and excellent fish and seafood restaurants.

A car is recommended, as the villa is perfectly located for exploring other picturesque areas in the north of the island.
