Villa Pontarro is a charming villa for up to 4 people, with 2 spacious bedrooms, located less than 1.5 km from the old town of Pollença, in the heart of the Mallorcan countryside. With a private pool and a modern and elegant interior, it is ideal for a peaceful getaway with all the comforts. Its spacious terraces allow you to enjoy the outdoors, relax by the pool or dine al fresco while contemplating the landscape.

After accessing through a private entrance and parking comfortably, a couple of steps lead to a covered terrace and the main entrance. Inside, a spacious living-dining room combines traditional details such as stone walls and exposed beams, with a modern decoration. The living room has comfortable sofas, dining area, breakfast bar and a new, well-equipped kitchen.

An arch leads to two bedrooms (one double and one with single beds), both modern and functional, as well as a full bathroom and a shower room. From the living room, access is gained to a covered terrace with outdoor furniture, which connects to another open terrace and the private saltwater pool, fenced upon request.

The pool area includes a brick barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor dinners. The quiet surroundings and the design of the villa guarantee a relaxing and memorable stay. Air conditioning available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.

Information to take into account:

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.

On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.

The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
